- Are reservations required?
Yes. Reservations help us best serve our guests to provide everyone the best experience possible.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for a 100% refund when cancelling seven days prior to your zipline tour. Guests that cancel at least three days prior to the tour receive a gift certificate for a future visit within 60 days of the original booking date. Guests that cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled tour or do not arrive on time forfeit their reservation and deposit. Please arrive on time and ready to have fun!
If you have any questions about our cancellation policy or dress code requirements of closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothes, please feel free to contact us for clarification. We want to provide the most exciting aerial zipline adventure to every guest!
- How much does it cost?
The Soaring Six tour is $65 and zips riders over 2000 feet of ziplines at heights up to 50 feet.
The Treetop Flyer tour is $85 and feature over a mile of zipline at heights up to 250 feet.
- Can children zipline?
Eco Adventure Ziplines has designed the Soaring Six course to accommodate children ages three and up. The Treetop Flyer requires a minimum of 100 pounds to traverse the longer ziplines but children that exceed 100 pounds can participate on the highest and longest zipline tour in Mid-Missouri.
- How do you stop?
Eco Adventure Ziplines uses a proprietary deceleration system that makes slowing to a safe landing speed, easier and safer than other courses that require guests to grab above the zipline to apply friction to the zipline.
- Do we need to climb towers?
Eco Adventure Ziplines uses the beautiful rolling hills near Hermann, MO to provide guests an amazing view above the treetops without ever ascending more than 15 stairs. Our course is designed for minimal exercise and maximum excitement!
- How do you get back after zipping?
Both courses start and end in the same area. Eco Adventure Ziplines makes the experience easy by zipping guests on over a mile of ziplines and the course forms a loop to bring guests right back to where they had begun. This makes it convenient for both riders and others that may have just come to watch and take photos.
- Can guests follow through the forest?
For the safety of our guests, no one can enter the zipline course unless they are on the zipline tour.
- Can we take photos?
Guests are able to take their phones or cameras, but they must be secured in pockets or with a neck strap. While we want to give our guests the opportunity to take photos, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged phones or cameras. For the safety of our guests and guides, we are unable to retrieve any dropped items while ziplining so please secure all items you plan to take with you.
- Can we rent a camera?
Eco Adventure Ziplines has two rental options. We rent GoPro video cameras and Zip 360 cameras. Our guests love Zip 360 because it allows guests to shoot full 360-degree video of each zipline so they can share the experience in virtual reality with their friends and family, to take them on a zipline adventure when they get home.
- What is the rain policy?
If we need to cancel due to weather issues, we will do our best to contact all guests approximately 90 minutes before the scheduled tour time and guests will receive a rain check valid for the tour purchase that will be honored for an entire year from the original date of purchase.
- What do we wear?
We ask all guests to wear tennis shoes and dress comfortably for the weather.
- When should we arrive?
